Markham Baptist Church is seeking to fill the following position:

Pastor of Youth and Outreach Ministries

Markham Baptist Church, a dynamic congregation of 200 adults and young families in a rapidly expanding urban area northeast of Toronto, seeks a Pastor of Youth and Outreach Ministries (full-time).

Under the leadership of the Senior Pastor, the Pastor of Youth and Outreach Ministries will be responsible for fostering and encouraging spiritual development of youth, both within the congregation and in the community.

Key job responsibilities will be:

Mentoring and leadership development of youth
Equipping and training people for youth and outreach ministries in an ethnically diverse community
Developing and managing youth and outreach programs
